My experience includes working with clients of all ages, including college students navigating academic and personal challenges, caregivers supporting loved ones with chronic illness, and individuals exploring gender identity. I’m trained in supporting transgender clients and providing letters of support for gender affirming care.
I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and OCD, along with other mental health concerns. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship. I also take a holistic view of care, tailoring each plan to meet your unique needs and goals.
